超短脈沖測量儀（擴展掃描范圍）
IRA超短脈沖測量儀（擴展掃描范圍）是專門為測量超快放大器和振蕩器產生的超快輻射脈沖寬度和近對比度而開發的。還有一種特殊的IRA系統模型，適用于中紅外激光源。IRA包括光學機械組件和電子設備與USB接口。系統易于操作，并包括一套完整的數據收集和分析用戶友好的軟件工具。逼近Gaussian和Sech2線性的也可以。光學機械組件由參考脈沖的額外延遲光學箱和機械套件組成。
采集和分析軟件與Windows XP*兼容，USB驅動程序都包括在內。
